Blake Cole is a 19 year old appeared in a Vandalia courtroom Friday to answer to one count of rape of a child under 10. Cole is accused of raping a five year old boy inside a Harrison Township church earlier this week. Cole’s bond was set at $250,000 and he was ordered to stay away from the victim
