This pastor, Ray Scott Teets has been arrested for alleged sexual contact with a minor. Allegedly, he had already been in trouble back in the late 80's, but continued on in the ministry. Of course, it's good to forgive people for their past mistakes, the problem is, is that this man may not have stopped his nasty appetite for children.
