TBN Settles in Court Over Employee Age Discrimination Case

Here's another lawsuit settled in the favor of the plaintiff against TBN and Jan and Paul Crouch. We are happy this employee won their case to show that this so-called Christian organization needs to take responsibility for unethical practices.
 A settlement was recently reached in the lawsuit involving Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) and a former employee who said he was fired because of his age. The Orange County Register reports that Horst Brandt, who oversaw TBN's computer systems, accused the ministry of age discrimination, among other things.

The lawsuit claims TBN leaders like Paul and Jan Crouch called Brandt "an old dinosaur" and referred to the building where he worked as "the old folks' home." The lawsuit also accused TBN leaders of making comments about Brandt's German descent and comparing his work in the department to that of Nazi Germany.
