A private school in Greenville, SC filed tax documents in 2011 and 2012 that appear to show one third of the board of directors is dead. They filed an IRS non-profit form 990 in 2011 and 2012 and suspiciously and falsely it also shows payments to these deceased directors and to former employees who were listed as still working for the school.
