The news about the late Pastor Zachery Tims of New Destiny Church in Florida has finally come to surface. Tims died in a New York W Hotel room on August 12, 2011. After more than two years since his death, the New York Medical Examiner's Office has release his cause of death as: a toxic, fatal combination of cocaine and heroin.
