Former Pastor Kenneth Brooks' Killers Have Been Charged, Two Still at Large
We are very happy these thugs have been captured. What they did was a heinous and senseless crime.
Prosecutors in Tulsa have charged a total of five men in the robbery and shooting of a former Tulsa pastor last week.

Former pastor Kenneth Brooks was shot in the chest early in the morning on July 31, when the men forced their way into his North Tulsa home on the 2700 block of North Denver Avenue. Brooks is the former pastor of City of Refuge International Ministries, 1023 N. Utica Ave. and the current owner of Hands of Glory restaurant which is closed for renovations. The former pastor is expected to live from the gunshot wound to the chest.

The night of the invasion, Brooks opened the door for a 16-year-old neighborhood girl saying she needed help.
Prosecutors have charged Terell Lejuan Cooper, 27, Joeiune Deonte Nelson, 21, and Markedrik Delmar Wilson, 26, with armed robbery and first degree burglary. The three of them have been arrested and booked into a Tulsa County jail.
On Wednesday, three men had faced a judge and plead not guilty to the crimes.
