Minister of Music and R&B Singer Accused of Tasering Pastor Is Acquitted of Charges [UPDATE]

So, what was the church thinking when they hired a R&B singer for their music director? Didn't they know this was unequally yoked from the start?

And what were they doing with knifes and a taser in the church as if they had planned this horrific brawl?

There are epic Taser incidents and then there's this: An R&B singer and former candidate for one of Alabama's U.S. Senate seats, Simone De Moore, up until last Sunday was the music director at New Welcome Baptist Church in St. Elmo, Alabama. He was fired by Reverend Riley and, according to Moore's mother, Agolia, "They owed him. He asked them for his money."

An argument broke out and, like any God-fearing man inside a house of worship, Simone De Moore pulled out a Taser and fried the pastor. That's when things spiraled out of control: "I said, 'oh my god he done cut me!"
